About Me

Hello! I am a firmware engineer currently working for IBM.  I am a former switching mode power supply designer at Extreme Engineering Solutions and former software engineer at Cray Super-computing.

During my time at the University of Wisconsin - Stout, I worked on many projects such as a WiFi audio device, Switching Power Supply tester, UV-LED dress, and the Audio Interceptor.  While I was there, I was also the IEEE project and workshop coordinator which involved basically me coming up with workshops, creating them, testing them, and running a class of students through it to teach them vital techniques that are useful when working in the industry.

Apart from my professional life, I'm also an avid rock climber and kayaker.  I do spend a good amount of time working on my own engineering projects as well, okay a lot time but what can I say, I love this stuff.
